Mr. Clement Leung, the Permanent Secretary for Commence and Economic Development (Communications and Creative Industries) had visited the Wong Chuk Hang DIP Centre on 18 July 2018, greeted and welcome by Prof. Eric Yim, Chairman of Board of Directors of HKDC, along with Mr. Edmund Lee, Executive Director of HKDC.

Mr. Leung, accompanied by Mr. Victor Tsang Chiu-hok, Head of CreateHK and other officials, was introduced to the facilities of the DIP Centre by Prof. Yim, followed by a visit tour to incubatees including Studio Doozy Limited, XLMS Ltd, VELove Limited and Beams Creative Ltd.
